Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited shipping options available at checkout

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Please note, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or courier service disruptions.

Return Policy

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at customer@2112nyc.com.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for sizing issues or defects. To request an exchange, email us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
